Planning to join series A startup as senior software engineer. Was researching about equity for 100-200M valuation companies. For SSE, some people got between 1-2% where as others got 0.01-0.05%. What could be reason for that vast difference when valuation is still between 100-200M. #equity #startup #compensation P.S. : I know equity gets diluted so much after series A.
