Etsy Senior Product Designer TC
What is the typical designer salary range for a senior designer at Etsy? Does Etsy give a good stock compensation? The number I was given was ~$130k / 4 years which seems fairly low by peer company standards
Ah did you interview? It was strange to have a comp conversation so early on. Wonder why they pay so low on stock, unless they are big on refreshers every year. Considering dropping them (before they drop me lol) since it's a big diff from my current TC.

What’s your current TC and yoe?
Current TC is pretty high due to stock growth: ~$350k with 6yoe in design. I'm aware I'll be taking a step down with moving companies (Unless FAANG?), but I'm too tired of my current company.
140-145k base + 10% perf bonus (individual + company perf) + 130k stock options (vested over 4 years, 25% annually) Warning - They’re very specific about what they’re looking for. You have to be a perfect fit
