There is barely any data on Blind for compensation in Europe. How about we change that? Post your company, city, YOE, and TC if you can :D Job - Software Engineer YOE - 5 Location - Berlin TC - 70k EUR + 375 options per year (currently worthless and probably forever 😂). #tech #compensation #europe #london #amsterdam #paris #berlin #germany #faang #amazon #google #facebook #microsoft

GS London, £55k base + variable bonus, 2 YoE
Some data points from my own experiences working for companies/talking to recruiters (in Euros unless other currency specified): Mid level: Zalando, Berlin, 70K no equity Booking.com, Amsterdam, 70k + 10% bonus + relocation + perf bonus + stocks after one year Cisco, London, 55K gbp Depop, London, 70K gbp Tray.io, London, 70K gbp Ocado, London, 55K gbp Raisin, Berlin, 60K no equity Senior: Revolut, Berlin, 80K - 85K + equity Takeaway, Berlin, 70K Zencargo, London, 70K gbp + equity Zalando, Berlin, 70k - 90k
Good data points. But, need YoE to get more clarity, in addition to level.
Well it is more about leveling than YoE. It is decided based on how well you do in the interviews and not your YoE necessarily. Above data is my interviews in the last one year and I have six years experience now. Only a handful of companies like takeaway and Zalando have big ranges for levels so your YoE could be factored in.

Would you mind sharing your background and what was decisive to get in (in your opinion)? Is the work as interesting as it seems?
Don’t wanna give away too many details since the intake is relatively small. I feel Palantir are oddly picky on personality fit, they look for people that are *very* self-motivated. They had a large focus on system design which is rare for new grad interviews, so loads of people make the mistake of not prepping in that area. Work is great, you won’t have this much impact as a grad anywhere else.
Amsterdam, YOE 9, ~€165K *Edit* Role - SA
London, BD, 9yoe, 94k base, no stonks, OTE 240k (realistic Tc for 2020 tho= 130k)
