Airbnb culture is much better than Facebook and Google as of now. Airbnb culture was not so good earlier when everything was monolithic, that anyone bug affects everyone. Now they have SOA, that had improved eng culture a lot better. Btw, Facebook and Google culture is also top of the top. Beating them is HUGE thing. Context: I had worked at all three I am talking about.
