Cookie cutter Cisco transfer offer, stock comp sucks. Negotiate with Amazon and go back to them. They will push you up to 270 easily. on another note, sign on is a one time thing, don't add it. Your comp works out to 235k, which is pretty normal for external senior hires
Well if he divides it by 4, it's like stock but given at the beginning. So no harm in adding it to TC
