So I am being offered a position at adyen amsterdam. It goes like Base: 90k Euros Adyen benefits: 12k Euros Phantom stocks: 72k Euros(through 4 years 25% vesting schedule) 30% ruling I would be relocating from Germany and here I am getting an offer from Olx which is remote Base: 86k Variable:15%(12900) No stocks Tax class 3 My Tc at SAP: 77k YoE: 8.5 #europe #olx #adyen

What's Adyen benefits?
Its 1k euro/month additional cash component in salary. According to the recruiter instead of giving gym memberships, language classes sort of benefits they are giving away cash 1k
But its taxable, right? If yes, you get 50% in-hand. Every benefit is taxable in NL
