100k more cash and 100k less stock will be much better, but databricks won't provide this kind of offer.
For reference G offered me more than 150% of your amount for L7 (that’s cash/equivalent not paper money)
Isn’t their stock heavily over valued
They did get it as recently as this fall. No one knows if it is over valued until they go public I guess

Private valuation which can go down by a lot and they can drag OP for years on that IPO. I don’t even remember what my TC is anymore, I just know the salary because that is what I’m seeing in my pocket.
