You have severa questions to ask yourself: 1. Are you happy in your current role? And if so, are you willing to take the risk of the new role not being a good fit for a ~15% raise? 2. Would you be alright with relocating to Detroit in the near future if they asked you to? 3. Is the COL in Detroit and Dallas roughly equal? If not, what is the equivalent pay for the new offer in Detroit vs Dallas? I think you can likely find a better offer if you keep looking.
