Evaluate my T-Mobile Offer
I was offered a software engineer position with a 120k base and 10k stock option I have a bit over 2 years of experience is this low? Do you guys think I should stay with F5 or move to T-Mobile? This is in Seattle btw.

Associate Engineer is going for low 90s. 120 is higher than I would have expected for TMO engineer.
Looks like a decent offer, what’s the team/group? I know TMobile is doing some cool stuff now with their infrastructure for their customer facing services. WAY beyond what F5 is doing for sure.

This is pretty good offer for SWE position. On the higher side.
Stay at f5 or look for different offer . TMobile in Seattle is just ok .

What's your leveling? SDE 1, 2, or 3? 10K in equity seems low but with 2 years experience you may not do much better at Amazon.
