Evaluating this offer (should I negotiate more?)
4 years of iOS experience. Offer: Base: $190 10% bonus 120k equity 3 years Annual bonus refresh 60k It’s a public company (their stock is worth $19.02) I have multiple offers. Should I go with this immediately or negotiate for more? I’d negotiate, what should I negotiate on?
Stupid question: I don’t know what a bonus % is. What’s the diff btw that and annual bonus refresh?
10% of your base salary in cash refresher is RSUs

Without knowing the company it’s hard to say if they will pull back or give a realistic sign on bonus number. Companies don’t usually pull back unless you’re very unreasonable and adamant.
