Isn't performance and scalability part of software development? How is it different from sde role unless it is infra management role which is more like sre/devops?
yeah more of tools . Not a 100 coding job as it includes analysis, tests and tool development all in it

This offer is more than 215k. There is a 10% bonus and 40-60% refresher on initial grant after 1st year. The offer is 232.5k which is max for P3. Recruiter is telling truth, base max is 175k for P3 and your RSU is also at max band.
I joined workday 2 years ago as P3 and my base was 175k and 190k stocks over 4 years and 20k sign on. There is definitely more room here for you to negotiate.
160k for stocks is the max they have been saying . Already asked twice .
You will get 80-100k refresher in year one. It’s kinda standard, probably in April 2023.
