Some top “elite boutiques” (EVR, PJT) haven’t paid their analysts yet. Assuming they will be very high (~$225k+ all-in range; ~$130k EOY bonus) based on how well other boutiques have been compensating this cycle

No, this is in range of what the very top elite boutiques pay. It’s large part of their selling point to get top-of-the-class ivy grads since they don’t have the “Goldman brand” outside of finance Those same elite boutiques work you harder too though Other boutiques(eg, Lazard) will pay less. Goldman will pay even less than Lazard. And smaller middle market firms will pay even less than them

BoA pays out on Aug 14. Top bucket 1st year was ~$70k
Most IBs have paid their bonuses. Almost all MM and BB have paid. Moelis paid yesterday. Numbers have been very strong (above last years pay)
Think some groups have had worse bonuses than last year
Some banks strong others weak. Depends what they specialize in. Our group was weaker than last year
