Are these birthing spas or something?
Both are hospitals. I am new to this city and there are mixed preferences on the internet
Gotcha. I would srsly love a birthing spa though.
I chose evergreen and so far evergreen is good
Evergreen all the way on this one. It has better outcomes and is more respectful of the mother; care is much more evidence-based, and they are BFHI accredited. See https://www.babyfriendlyusa.org/find-facilities/designated-facilities--by-state. And in case you wonder about my being biased, all three of my kids were home births, but we needed to know where to transfer to in case we needed the help a hospital can provide. Care ought to be evidence-based. It's that simple.
Thanks Calligraph for sharing this. Much appreciated
Wtf
I think both are good. I had my kids at Overlake and loved the treatment from the nurses. Can’t say the same of the food, though.
Yeah food was yack
We choose Dr. Cook at evergreen and overall we were quite happy with them. Don't know much about overlake except that a friend had a bad experience and changed hospital.
Evergreen is newer and cleaner but we had bad experience with the doctors which are not related to hospital itself. Avoid Dr Guoli Johnston.

We had one child at Evergreen and one at Overlake. Can’t go wrong with either.
