How has the WLB changed? Has Your Effective CTC gone down because there is NO ESPP benefits in Amazon? Are there any perks like Wellness Reimbursement , Professional Reimbursement etc in Amazon ? How is the Quality of Work in Amazon? Anything else You miss about adobe ? Current TC- 25 LPA + 20LPA (Stock) YOE - 7 Worth Joining Amazon?
No ESPP. Both amazon and adobe stock has relatively same performance No wellness reimbursement and professional reimbursement at amazon. FWIW, You can get free amazon prime subscription and 10% off on amazon upto $1000.
