What TC does AMEX pay at different levels for PM in NYC? Wondering if itd be move upward or laterally in terms of pay compared to capital one

HCOL not SF/NYC
current TC - 90k

    Had an offer from Amex it sucked though in the bay area. No RSUs so basically made no sense to move. Base was around 180 for senior pm, don't remember about bonus.

      About 15 years. TC is okay make sure you negotiate, stingy on RSUs after you start, you'll only get a refresher if you exceed expectations. you need to have a good manager that supports you. But with common reorgs, you won't have the same one long.
