Hi Blinders, I’m a EPM/TPM from non-tech company that just completed my last round of interviews with Apple. I think all 4 rounds went very well, particularly the hiring manager’s manager. HR told me if the feedback is positive they will reach out to me early next week, at which point they’ll want numbers for base, RSU, and sign-on bonus. The problem I have is: I am not in tech or even CA right now. My other interviews and applications fizzled out as I interviewed with Apple. I don’t really have any strong leverage, or clear expectations for what I should offer for my first set of numbers. TC: 180k 14 YoE
Have you looked at Levels.fyi to get some ideas? Do you know what level you are interviewing for? ICT4 or ICT5? I’m not sure if Apple uses the same ICT levels for EPM/TPMs though…
The HR wouldn’t tell me the level for the position, but EPM roles do fall into the ICT3/4/5 bands. The bands seem quite wide over the past two years, but the good news may be the highest salaries on levels.fyi seem to be recent, while most of the lower ones are older.
Which team was this and can u tell me more about what your interviews constituted of. Have my 6 rounds scheduled back to back on monday
Yeah typically after the usual screenings it's two rounds of 6.
Did you end up getting an offer? I’m going through interview process now so just curious what to expect
Even I am going through interview for Sr EPM role. Done with HM round and waiting results. What’s the next process and how to prepare. This role is for SRE team.

Depends on your level, but somewhere around 200k base, 400k rsu, 25k sign on should put you in the ball park.
