What I find strange is why is my immigration related emails not CC'ed to the HM I interviewed with but rather it seems like his/her boss or someone higher I have never talked to? It might be too do with internal working. They might have had the requistion funded under that senior manager but hiring manager taking the lead in doing the horing. Dont worry about it. For all sense and purposes you are hired by him.
Yeah you are right they gave me an offer, it started off being a req from a head of engineering then a director took over the req. Anyway they gave me a low ball over G7 bachelor's with 15 yoe. I was expecting G9... who cares about 100% compa ratio when u downlevel twice
