Eh, no. There are two co-heads of engineering at Meta only and they didn't move. Also, you couldn't afford them. You hired someone who gave themselves that title.
Yup… head of product and head of engg are just juniors at meta/google posting random made up titles and giving themselves self importance. No real head of engg will leave Meta to become a low level director at Expedia.
