Eval against what alternatives?
None at the moment. might get an offer from VMWare. interview feedback was positive and they are trying to open a req. Not sure if or when it will materialize. This is the only concrete offer i have

No sign on ? For another data point for you I got a Sr SDE offer in Seattle @ 175 / 17.5% / 55K RSUs (over 4 years) and roughly 120 sign on over 2 years. 9 YOE. This was in the last 6 months.
good to know. i doubt she will do anything close to your sign on. She seemed to indicate this their final offer.
Does Expedia do annual RSUs refreshers?
My recruiter mentioned something like 35k per year for high performance

There is a difference but be a good negotiator. Ask for less rsu’s and higher base

Not sure but Indeed senior engineers at Austin with 10YOE get way more than that. I am getting like 150k with 2YOE already.
