Experience MEP PM looking to get in at Tesla TPM, DM or Whatever

Experienced MEP electrical PE with 10 YOE in major capital project experience mostly in the heathcare industry, 15 total yoe. Prior experience was in chip industry doing architectural design, system level modeling, tools/compiler development, software dev. I’m kind of a unicorn coming from tech to MEP where engineers are relatively unsophisticated. Bored with design bid build world and MEP engineering and don’t see any real room to grow (who’d want to be an owning principal with all the headache and relatively low TC). Looking to go owner side at Tesla (also considering other tech companies) to do capital project management. Looking for room to grow and interesting problems to solve, be around smart people again, etc. I’ve applied and am interviewing at Tesla for a #TPM or #DM. Anyone have anything to share with me or a #referral? Any help appreciated!
