Have heard about bad culture and management on devs since they are mostly hardware. Any insights? Looking for a physiologically safe environment since a pay cut is for sure.
Well there are a lot of software divisions, culture fully depends on the org. Only downside is in-office culture without exceptions. Our org is super laid back and flexible (AOD), can not say anything bad about it actually.
