Exact same interview process a random person would go through, of course, for your exact same level/tc. No prep time. Ignore interview nerves and delivery. I'm focusing purely on a technical/analytical/knowledge basis. Other top tier tech companies feel free to chime in as well. Seeing as interviews are an imperfect but necessary measurement of job qualification, are you still qualified for your own job? What's your confidence level? I'm just wondering because I'm going through the prep right now.
i mean it’s no guarantee but i’d day most people have a solid shot of passing the interview again
I may be able to clear one level up. Versus sweating for a promo.

FANG interviews aren't that tough, especially compared to real competitive coding questions like Google code jam. So most, other than those who got in by a combination of memorization/luck will pass most interviews. Of course there is a lot of randomness, so few will pass all interviews!
Leetcoding as a hobby. Always ready.
Is it more or less time spent than just ramping up whenever you need to?
It’s quite stochastic and it depends on mood. But just playing around with different topics (non-interview season).
