Even you need referrals? Don't recruiters flock to your school? Also alumni connections
Only for swe for google meta microsoft hrt jane street bloomberg. Getting alums to respond is hard. For security i get ghosted and dont know anyone to refer me or any recruiters Apple and nvidia just ghost
Competition is too brutal for new grads.
