Are there any healthcare tech/healthcare software companies that offer compensation similar to FAANG companies? What are those companies and any sense of their compensation for Product Management roles with 4+ YoE? #productmanagement #healthcare
Blink, Intuitive, Verily etc
I doubt it at Intuitive
They pay comparable to FAANG for seniors and above. Not comparable for new grads.
Cerner pays FAANG tier salaries in Kansas City.
NO, it doesn't!
False.
No
LMAO
Closest Rally
How’s your experience been at Rally? Been thinking about applying for a PM role there
That will end soon with the merge to Optum
You’re typically trading salary to work in “fulfilling” industries.
🤣🤣🤣 Amazon Care, Amazon Pharmacy (PillPak)
No especially when FAANG companies are also doing healthcare. Maybe do consulting working will bring you in a high salary I know some consulting gigs are 300-400k a year base. You can maybe find some startups that pay close though but not many. Not unless you are director or executive level
Yup consulting in Healthcare pays better
In healthcare the more years of exp the more value you will have unlike technology companies. There business knowledge drives tech so exp matters to a great extent. This is just my observation working in Healthcare for past 8years
How your tc correlates with FAANG on same lvl or same yoe? Coef?
There are many variables in Software jobs side of health care. There are exclusive tools based roles, exclusive programming roles . I ll try to generalize and say for 6 yeo Tc : F= 180k for H = 140-160 not much diff S bonus : F= 50k to 150k for H = 60-70k Now stocks the main diff and advantage doe Faang boys F= 200K TO wtf and H = 10k to 50k Stress F = 🤯 and H = 🙄
No.

I work at a start up called MOBILion Systems and I'm getting compensation that comparable. Just my two cents.
