Performance improvement plan, to get underperforming employees to improve in order to keep their jobs. Though, it seems with these companies that they're mostly a death sentence

Albertsons. Because none of us are getting hired.
Even if you are hired there is no PIP. The hiring bar is so high anyone who joins is a diamond. You might be put on Performance decrease plan if you move from Albertsons to any other company.
somebody explain this albertsons inside joke to me

People who voted for Amazon, how & why??? Also Netflix doesn't need PIP, they just fire em
The amazon culture is very good. Tyoucally if you are on pip you have 1 to 2 years to get better. Your manager writes a minimal amount of goals to get off pip ans the increased performance usually means high bonus
Sarcasm of such high level?
