Cohesity if you want the IPO $$$. 420k at $25 seems like a very generous offer. The secondary price itself is over $30. IPO should have a healthy multiplayer.

So unfortunately Cohesity is the only staff offer I have that is worth considering. Coming from Commvault, I don't care too much for the technology side of the job itself. It is mostly the startup culture and getting staff on my resume.
