What is the interview like for a HW at FB? Is it mostly behavioral or technical or a combination of both? What is the breakdown between the two? Is there a standard set of technical questions they ask about?

They're making ASICs now for video analytics. Will likely need people strong in video encoding/decoding hardware and software. DDR strengths may be needed too.
