FB ME Offer for PhD + 4 YOE
Hi folks, I’m expecting to receive an offer from FB reality lab in a Mechanical position soon. What level and salary range should I expect most likely with PhD + 4 YOE? E4 or E5? I would hope you get an E5 position. E4 offer for ME is around 145-150k, E5 is about 190k
