FB cool off period after phone screen
Could someone tell me what it is? I crashed a couple of years ago and wanted to try again for a PM or senior PM role.

For me it was last summer so want to know as well. Also how helpful are referrals and how much influence a hiring manager has in the process.

Recruiter will mail you back 10 months later with scheduling the new interview! Atleast this is what she did with me! They are like Amazon, they will keep calling you onsite till you get hired!
