Uh oh: President Trump leads Biden 49% to 43% in a two-way race.
I was approached by the FB leadership recruiter from connectivity team and had a quick call around 3 weeks back. She will share this info and get the feedback from the hiring managers and setup an on-site first round. But just responded a week back that she is still waiting to hear back. Does anyone know how long does this process take and what are the steps and what they look for in interviews? Thanks!
The leadership recruitment is always slow at any company. Those well connected move faster and definetelly have an advantage here. Check your network if you have any connections inside and ask them to provide internal feedback.
Took me 3 hours to go from first phone call with recruiter to scheduled on-site screening round. You just have to have the right stuff and be able to show it.
Don’t join connectivity team.
Why? I am actually super interested
Yes, definitely want to know about it.
Any more insight about connectivity team? I have been approached by them and they look cool but also risky since they are not related with core features at Facebook
What is the role?
It’s a manager role for 10-15
