Tough to say since we're not public yet, but we will go public this year. New grad engineer likely gets anywhere between 5-10k stock (likely valued between $15-20/share, 4 year vest) Base in Seattle is much higher. 85k base in Utah. Not sure about Seattle, but if you use a COL calculator that should give you an idea. 10% bonus
