Does the promos in AR/VR in Facebook, Redmond happen at the same rate as other money making orgs like, say, Ads? #facebook

Of course especially if you're working on secret projects like teleportation machine
actually newer orgs are easier to get promos since there is so much work to do. in older orgs like Ads are already built and everyone fights over the meaningful work
