I interviewed final round back in April, from which I receieved great news about my performance from the recruiter (based on his impression of feedback from the interviewers). At the time, there was no headcount for the level I was interviewing at, though my application would be in queue for 6ish months until openings became available. How did recruiters notify you about the status of your candidacy - whether you got an offer or not? I reached out this week to the recruiter (after periodically reaching out, to not get any response), and all of a sudden there is communication - and a call next week. Would they spend the time calling you to notify you that you are not being offered a role, or are odds that an offer will be made?
What topics they they ask you on the interview ??
Probably didn’t get it

My on-site was postponed for the same reason. Not sure what this is but good luck! Please keep us posted!
Following up: - no firm offer; going into meetings with other recruiters to deliberate / distribute headcount among those in this holding period - very location dependent, given Im willing to move anywhere Im still in high consideration - L4
Sounds great! My recruiter said there may be more IC4 headcounts for Bay Area in 2021.
