Does this offer for an IC6 role in non-tech finance/accounting/tax/treasury dept seem reasonable? TC is about the same target as my L7 role at Amazon, but I would actually be worse off paying CA state income tax and effectively taking a pay cut this year due to Amzn stock appreciation. 188k base, 20% target bonus, 140k equity/4 years 260k TC
Curious as well

This is in Silicon Valley , correct ?
Your hiring manager and the HR recruiter are reading this post!
Good!
Seems a bit low for IC6, do your research
This is research
Newbie here. What does TC mean?
Total compensation
Thanks ma'am/sir
I make more than this working remotely in an IC4 role with 15 YOE
But you're in an eng role though... Non tech is like Secondary citizens in the valley. Get paid half of technical roles
Finance is more like tertiary citizens. Non-tech is product management.
Man how did you land these roles. Can I dm you
I expected KPMG (and the likes) to be compensated as good as FANG
From your comment it seems like you are getting paid peanuts. Can I ask for your TC and YOE (Ok job location too if you don't mind because 120K in Montana is one thing and 180K in Bay Area is another)
