Facebook L4 TC
Facebook gave me a TC of 220k for L4 - 160k base, 40k sign-on, and 240k stock. I only have 2.5 years of experience. Is that an okay comp?

Real offer OP! Not just some fake numbers people keep posting nowadays. Just to add you can ask for 165k base and 300k stocks, those are some numbers my friend got a few weeks ago.
Wow! I asked for both those numbers and I have competing offers but the recruiter didn’t budge :/ how many years of experience does your friend have?
Lol maybe his friends are SWE. Seems like you’re in product, might be why the lower numbers?
Did you have competing offers or did you tell FB that you had other interviews lined up? Is the offer before any negotiations?
