I got approached by an internal recruiter for a potential job in their London office. This is a manager level job. Do they offer the same benefits as in the Bay Area? How about shares and bonuses? Is the London office a good place to work?

It's a great place to work though. Central office locations, very diverse set of coworkers and ability to travel all across EMEA. If I were you I would pay serious consideration to the opportunity for a few years. You can always come back to US.
