expecting offers from Facebook L5 and Lyft T5. no numbers yet. have netflix interview in 2 weeks. Both recruiters asked what interviews i have left and i mentioned netflix. my pref is Facebook. will I be able to negotiate better with Facebook if I grt Netflix offer or Lyft is enough? Don’t assume highest comp you have heard of. Maybe close to 2x only for a few years. Also will be losing a lot of unvested. So delta is smaller than u think
Fb L5 might max out around 400 k. Not sure about Lyft now. Netflix is in a similar range for generic skills. But if you specific niche skills required by Netflix, you might get a little higher.
I see. Honestly since my pref is Facebook, I am less motivated to go through Netflix loops
If I can negotiate without competing offers, with Lyft and Netflix you will do fine!!

Here are the L5 offers I got from fb and Lyft @4 yoe FB 205/600/100 with 20% annual bonus and 10k relocation => ~500k first year, 385k after Lyft 210/700/30 no annual bonus + 2k reloc => ~415k first year, 385k after Ended up choosing Lyft because of the team
