Facebook Post-Interview follow up
finished my onsite at FB a few weeks ago and just got a follow-up call scheduled with the recruiter. would they do that for a rejection? friends who work there said that they had a similar follow-up call when they got their offers. Anyone have that experience and got a rejection?
Would be an offer or rejection. FB recruiter would follow up with phone call in both cases.

I think we reject with emails these days
I was rejected via phone then another recruiter called for same role on another team and that went all the way to offer

Fb will reject via phone call if you went far in the process. Only reject via email in the case of over the phone interviews. Since you got an on site they will have a phone call with both offer or rejection.
