Facebook Recruiter Email - Next steps or Rejection?
Just completed onsite with case study as next last step. Received this email from recruiter in less than 24 hours: “Do you have 15 minutes or so to speak tomorrow? I’d love to follow up with you about your interviews. Please let me know your avail.” Next steps or rejection or either way?
is there an "all the best" in the email? generally thats an indication of a polite rejection.. here since the recruiter "love" to follow, it may be good. Hope for the best! good luck.

There may be some logic to this: recruiter says “love” 2 other times in our total of 25 strings. “I’d love to set up some time” in the very first and “We’d love to invite you” for the onsite. Both times referring to positive outcomes.
this is ridiculous, nobody knows your recruiter’s email habits
These questions get asked from time to time on Blind and the answer is always the same; you can’t tell from the email. Just take the call. You never know. Plus, as crazy as it may seem, things can change in 24 hours. Maybe you didn’t have the necessary expertise for the role you interviewed for but the following morning, a new position opens. You just never know. These emails don’t reveal a thing.
You’re thinking too much. One of my recruiter’s emails was ‘hi can we chat? I just need a couple minutes from you’ after an onsite and I got an offer

Were there any exclamation marks in that message? If so it can mean two things 1. You are selected. 2. The recruiter is a psychopath

Yeah... does it matter? Just know you did your best! (When you think about it though, 15 min isn't a short call).
Just sleep and don't think about it. You came to blind, so you are already over thinking. Post back the result of the call so all of us mortals could have closure.

Rejection
