How many hours on average week (including emails, meetings, oncalls, out of hour slacks but excluding lunch) do you need to work to get meets all as an E5 if you have average talent (comparing with other FB folks)? TC 220

It’s manageable now, pip culture is not as aggressive as it seems to be for E5 Facebook , if I am reading things right . Every single post for E5 on blind seems to be painful
