Facebook enterprise engineers/anyone who got an offer for EE. What is your salary? (Base, stock, sign on)? Trying to get an idea of the ranges for 3-4 YOE. TC:115K

It does not matter. The work might, you would have to ask someone working at FB. Do you have an offer with Azure team ?

@OP, did you interview at FB for the EE role. I have 4 yoe too with an onsite coming up. Could you please share your interview experience.
Expect 120-140k base, 80-120k stocks and 20-50k Joining bonus and 10% annual (perf based) depending on your negotiations. If you get IC3 level, the numbers should be in this range.
Got Microsoft offer for L62 in Redmond. 140k/90k/25k. Worth taking a shot at EE now?
I’d say. If you are able to get L62 in MSFT, then I’d say you can get IC4 level at FB and the numbers would be much higher than the MSFT numbers you mentioned. I’d say it’s definitely worth taking a shot.
