Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp Account Ban
My Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp account were all permanently ban for violating terms and conditions. I have no idea why. I use Facebook/Instagram to keep up with family and use WhatsApp for group chats with friends who don’t have iPhones. Can anyone from FB/Meta help me out? I can’t appeal because their system says I’m not able to. I haven’t found any other way to contact them. I would just create a new account but none of them will let me use my phone number.

To clarify, to keep up with cousins/distant relatives. I talk with aunts, uncles, grandparents, siblings, and first cousins directly.
Then I don’t see a reason to use Fb/insta

One common source of attack is to post a story online (e.g hacker news) and drive pressure to unblock accounts that allegedly did nothing. But whenever you dig deeper there’s often something out there. But legally employees are not allowed to comment on particular case and OP dodges the questions. I’m not saying that it’s the case for you, just explaining why companies don’t take it at face value. If you actually did nothing most likely someone hacked you. So moving forward use 2 factor authentication for everything that is important for you. Not much employees could do, unless you know someone IRL from FB who can personally vouch for you.
Good to know. I 100% didn’t do anything because I only browse and like posts. I’m pretty sure I hat 2FA enabled.
Contact support and find out why. Thousands of people are there to help. If you got hacked use that specific channel.
They probably moved your account to the Metaverse
