Hi all - I am considering a role from Nordstrom but wanted to get more information around the benefits they offer compared to Deloitte and other management consulting firms. I may have a family emergency where I would have to travel to India for some long term family leave (>3 weeks), My current company has been very supportive of this when I've had to take it, but can anyone shed light on when you will be able to avail family leave benefits at Nordstrom? I know usually there is some time frame before you are able to avail this. Or in the case I do have to take long term leave, will they be flexible and let me take it in the first year of joining? #nordstrom #benefits #familyleave #pto
I’ve worked in B4 and Nordstrom , and found B4 benefits to generally be better and flexible for that sort of leave.
What role/level are you joining? What's your TC? Can you also share these info?
