Fannie Mae - Sr. Director
Guys, have an offer from Fannie Mae as a Sr. Director. Working and driving cloud integration and security for them. They are offering - 230k base in dallas TX area. Any feedback on how the offer is. I make almost same with bonus today.
You make only $230k as a senior director??
that is the new TC, so probably <<200k
It is a decent base. Fannie Mae has big data. There is a lot of red tape around PII though. They also have a lot of nightmare legacy systems. Putting them on cloud is probably not fun

That base is decent for the DFW area but there is a lot of attrition

I got an offer contract to hire I wonder it is worth to go there or no ,it seems the contract to hire is risky
