What can I expect as TC as a senior engineer at Fannie Mae? I asked for their bonus or incentive structure but it didn’t look like they have one. Is this correct?

The salary band is important. I believe that ‘L’ and above have a guaranteed bonus floor, maybe 20%
Depends on the location but if you mean Senior Associate (levels are assoc/senior assoc/lead assoc/advisor for IC), you can probably expect a base salary of 125 -140k with a fairly small bonus of around 5-15k.
So i should really just be looking at base salary if thats the case huh.
