Fb new grad
Anyone from fb, can you guys confirm is there any hiring freeze for new grad this year, some of my friends have applied via referral, but they are sending rejections to most of them, I don’t know whether i should apply right now or not, i will be graduating in may,2021?#hiring #recruiting #fb
Recruiter from my school advised to apply again in Sept if you were autorejected. It may depend on school though. Reach out to the person for your school.
Everyone that I've referred for new grad has been rejected so far without a phone screen (10+, some former Google interns)
Facebook RPM sent out some brutal rejections
Winter/Spring interns who performed well receieved full time conversion offers. No one I know got FB new grad offer without internship this year.
New grad HC gets mostly filled by return interns.
