Feedback from Lyft Onsite
I had my onsite interview with Lyft last week and I was told I’d hear feedback in 8 days but have not heard from the recruiter yet. I am afraid it’s a reject but I thought I did the interviews quite well. How long does it take for Lyft to get back to you after the onsite in general?

You are probably their second or third choice and they will wait for the other person to accept before rejecting you.
What happens if the other guy or other 2 who don’t accept?
If their first and second choices don't accept then you're probably going to get an offer. They strung me along for a couple weeks after initially telling me I'd hear from them in a few days only to get rejected. Found out they went with someone else who wasn't a relo candidate.
