Fidelity and Deloitte Offer
Hello all, May be it's too late to consider the offer but kind of confused. Received an offer at Fidelity a month back, h1 transfer is completed and would be joining in next 3weeks. Considered their good WLB, bonuses and benefits to accept the offer. I had given an interview to Deloitte 2months back, looks like that HR left Deloitte and another recruiter got back to me today and gave an offer on the same day. May be it's too late to consider this offer. It's remote project, but if the project gets completed i might need really fight hard to stay in same location. I can definitely consider it but heard lot of mixed reviews. Also what is Project delivery Specialist level in Deloitte? Yoe - 7 Current TC - 102k Fidelity TC - 115K + 20% annual bonus + 10 profit sharing + 7% 401K Deloitte - 130k + 8.5% annual bonus + 10k sign on bonus+ 401k need to check

Which location? Deloitte salaries vary extensively based on location. Project delivery model is good only if you want to settle at the same location
Malvern, PA. I live in Virginia and said I would not be able to relocate. They said consider it a full remote job. Not sure if they really mean it or things might change once I join.
I have an offer from fidelity as well. Just wanted to check if they waited for the h1 transfer to be approved or are you joining on receipt?

They will never pay you market salary and they will always believe they are
Project Delivery mode is very risky at Deloitte. At Deloitte we have two other model: Consulting and USDC. In these two models if you are rolled off from your project you’ll be in bench. Resource Managers will work to get you staffed. But in PDM, RM will help you, but if they are not able to get you staffed, or if you couldn’t get staffed using your own contacts, you have to leave. Job security is bit lower than USDC and Consulting!

Fidelity is better option. Bonus and 401k at Deloitte is subpar
