For those of you who have gone through the process, what is your advice for someone about to go through it?
Knew a company whose stock fell below a dollar. Management didn't know what they were doing. Was taken over by some Chinese. The new Chinese management forced the company to buy a Chinese solar light manufacturer. Within a day the company was gone. You really want to know what you're doing for IPO.
How much do people make from IPO?

No worries on that front. Good relationships across the board on my specific team.
There you go.
