Hi, I applied for a role with Netflix and been through the HR screening, HM screening, panel interviews, interview with HM and their boss and now I received an email saying I'll have a call with HR tomorrow. But this is just a phone call rather than video like all the others which makes me think it'll be a rejection. Has anyone experienced this at the last stage? Update: I got an offer. Non engineering role. TC approx 185. I'm over the moon. I applied on LinkedIn then had a recruiter screen, HM screening, panel of 5x30 min with various stakeholders, another HM 1:1 interview, HM's boss interview then the call which was pushed to back and almost gave me a heart attack. Thanks for your comments and support. I know the TC is far less than the Tech roles but someone's got to send the emails đ. #netflix #netflixhiring #entertainment #media
Op could you share your onsite interview experience if you donât mind?
Is this for eng role?
No this is non eng.
Was this in finance / strategy?
My final phone call was offer.
Same
Mine too
You are likely getting the offer
Some people don't like being on camera.
Do you mind sharing the role and the offer details?
This would kill anonymity from him/her as it is non eng/tech
My phone call was a rejection, but it was nice of them to not send a generic email.
Also had a phone call rejection
Me too
Was it an offer OP?!
I bet itâs an offer. Too much hassle to arrange phone call just to reject
I got rejected via email!
Sorry to hear it. I'll update on the outcome.
OP Whats the outcome? This suspense is not helping mate.
